ARBONNE'S COMPENSATION PLAN

DISTRICT MANAGER (DM) - Average Monthly Check paid to DM Consultants is $304.13 per month plus bonuses and retail commission.*
Complete a 2 to 3 month qualification requirement. Maintain a $2,500 Retail Sales Volume (RSV) per month. As a DM you will earn 8% on personal and team wholesale sales volume (SV), cash bonuses and 35% profit on your RSV.

AREA MANAGER (AM) - Average Monthly Check paid to AM Consultants is $1,557.26 per month plus bonuses and retail commission.*
Complete a 2 to 3 month qualification requirement. Maintain a $10,000 RSV. As an AM, you will earn 14% on personal and team SV, cash bonuses, and 35% profit on your RSV.

REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT (RVP) - Average Monthly Check paid to RVP Consultants is $6,666.43 per month plus bonuses and retail commissions.*
Complete a 2 to 3 month qualification requirement. Maintenance is $40,000 RSV. As an RVP, you will earn 17% on personal and team SV, cash bonuses, plus a 35% profit on your RSV. In addition, you will also receive an $800 monthly car bonus if you lease or buy a white Mercedes-Benz.

NATIONAL VICE PRESIDENT (NVP) - Average Monthly Check paid to NVP Consultants is $29,050.27 per month plus bonuses and retail commissions.*
Complete a 2 to 3 month qualification requirement. Maintenance is $160,000 retail volume per month. As an NVP you will earn 18% on personal and team SV, plus bonuses, plus 35% profit on your RSV. In addition, you will receive a $1,000 monthly car bonus if you lease or buy a white Mercedes-Benz.
